RCS takes great pride in our ability to leverage internal relationships for the greater needs of the organization. Interdepartmental areas should recognize the value of working collaborative, but on occasion, lack the time (insufficient staff, overwhelming duties and responsibilities, time management, etc.) needed to create opportunities and cultivate relationships. We understand the time commitment needed, and the level of intentionality required to broker and maintain functional productive internal relationships can be demanding; however, it’s absolutely imperative. By leading the way with this work, RCS removes the barriers to relationship building by leaving stakeholders free to focus their efforts on executive strategies to achieve shared objectives and goals.
