About Rosa Trawick
Rosa Trawick was formerly employed by Clayton County Public Schools, one of the largest school districts in Georgia. Mrs. Trawick worked in the capacity of Position Control Coordinator for Business Services. Her duties and assignments were complex and vast in nature, consisting of working on various special projects and programs, one of which was primarily associated with Position Control. She developed a comprehensive workflow framework system that was an integral part of the organization. The system enables the department to separate people from positions to more effectively conduct business and workflow planning. This process and/or approach allowed the school system to obtain accurate, historical, and real-time views of talent, yielding a more complete view of the overall organizational structure. She also provided quality control services for the departmental supply inventory while also completing purchase requisitions, shipping request, travel expense reports, request for payments and consultancy agreements.
Mrs. Trawick was previously a Certified Social Services Case Manager with the Henry County, Georgia Department of Family and Children Services. The services rendered were associated with that of a care coordinator and manager. She evaluated the needs of clients (individuals, families, children, etc.), identified the services needed, and created a plan to provide that care. She was responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the safety plans and services. She serviced clients with complex needs, stemming from mental and physical health issues, housing and food insecurity, transportation needs, and more. The safety plans she developed involved meeting any one or all of those needs. Mrs. Trawick also attended and testified in court hearings for placement of deprived children and managed the caseloads to ensure children’s safety was assured and the families received appropriate services to strengthen the family unit.
Rosa Trawick was born in Gary, Indiana and graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 1992. She continued her education and attended Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia.
