TIME COMMITMENT and FEE STRUCTURE
RCS is totally committed to providing our clients with the highest level of timely quality service, professionalism and dedication with the preparation of the clients’ security needs based on the scope of work desired. As a consultant firm, our network of associates offers decades of experience in the public and private sector. This expertise results in efficacy and effectiveness for our clients and partners. There are a few fee options available. Set Rate, Retainer Agreements or Hourly Rate. The pay structure is determined by the clients preference. Additionally, travel, on-site visitation, phone consultation and report preparation are encompassed in the fee calculations. The scope of work shall be negotiated prior to the initiation of the services. Full payment is expected at the conclusion of the work performed and/or no later than 30 days after completion. When the scope of work varies, and is in phases (long-term), payment is expected at the completion of each phase of work.
